The S.A.L.T. Connection is a nine-month Christian mentoring program for women. Through this program, women will learn how to study God’s Word, apply God’s word, live a victorious and purposeful life, develop an intimate relationship with God and then use their knowledge and life experiences to teach and mentor other women.
Each class will be taught by a spiritual mentoring coach and have a maximum of 12 students. Classes are held at a specified location every two weeks twice per month. Each class lasts approximately 90 minutes. There is no fee for students to participate in the S.A.L.T. Connection program.
During each class, students will learn the basic steps of how to effectively study and understand the Word of God. Students will also learn how to reach out and teach other Christian women how to study and understand the bible, spread the Word of God and make disciples throughout the world.
Students are expected to attend all classes and complete all required assignments given. If a class is missed, it is the student’s responsibility to reschedule the class with their spiritual mentoring coach. No more than three classes can be rescheduled. If a student misses more than three classes and doesn’t complete all required class assignments, they may not be eligible for graduation. The S.A.L.T. Connection Board of Directors will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
Classes start annually in the fall and lasts for nine months.
The S.A.L.T. Connection will provide the following materials for students:
Graduation from the S.A.L.T. Connection includes a ceremony for students and their families with a certificate of completion. Upon graduation, students will be expected to seek out other “mentees” and apply the principles that they have learned. Graduation ceremonies occur in June every year.
